Première session d'interventions / First round of visits
Venez faire découvrir les Etats-Unis à des enfants d'école primaire!
Le projet de Sensibilisation à la Diversité Culturelle lance une nouvelle campagne d'interventions en école primaire! Pendant tout le second semestre 2011-2012, des volontaires internationaux de Biblion Project viendront présenter leur pays et leur culture d'origine aux élèves de notre école primaire partenaire.
Ce mois-ci, les Etats-Unis sont à l'honneur! Nous recherchons des personnes souhaitant partager leur connaissance des Etats-Unis et de leur culture avec des enfants dans une école primaire du XVIe arrondissement de Paris. Chaque intervention dure 1h; et vous pouvez participer à une, deux, trois ou quatre interventions selon vos souhaits.
Les interventions auront lieu la semaine du 23 au 28 janvier ou la semaine du 30 janvier au 3 février, selon vos disponibilités. Les horaires sont les suivants:
- Lundi à 14h-15h et/ou 15h20-16h20;
- Mardi à 14h-15h;
- Jeudi à 15h20-16h20.
Pas de panique, les volontaires interviennent en équipe et sont accompagnés par un membre de Biblion Project qui connait bien la classe et les enfants; ainsi que par la maîtresse. Les enfants ont déjà suivi ce programme l'année dernière et sont très enthousiastes.

Share your knowledge of the United States with children!
The Cultural Diversity Awareness project starts a new round of visits of international volunteers in primary school! During the whole second semester of 2011-2012, international students and young professionals are going to visit our partner primary school in order to present their countries and cultures of origin to the schoolkids.
This month, we cast a light on the United States! We are looking for persons interested in sharing their knowledge of the United States and their culture with children in a primary school located in the 14th district. Each visit last 1 hour; you can participate in one, two, three or four visits, as you wish.
The visits are planned on the week of the 23rd-28th of January or on the week of the 30th of January to the 3rd of February, according to your own timetable. Horaries are as following:
- Monday: 2pm-3pm and/or 3:30pm-4:30pm;
- Tuesday: 2pm-3pm;
- Thursday: 3:20pm-4:20pm.
No panic, volunteers are working in team and are accompagnied by a member of Biblion Project who knows well the class and the children; as well as by the teacher. The children have already followed this program last year and are very enthusiastic.
