Biblion Project fait sa rentrée! Nous invitons tous nos membres, nos volontaires et toute personne intéressée par nos activités à nous rejoindre le jeudi 22 septembre, à 20h, à la Fondation des Etats-Unis de la Cité Universitaire, située au 14 boulevard Jourdan, 75014 Paris, RER B - station Cité Universitaire.
Votre implication l'année dernière a permis à Biblion Project de voler de succès en succès ces derniers mois. Pour faire encore mieux cette année, et à la suite des élections en ligne du 18 Septembre et de la publication de notre Bilan 2010-2011, toute l'équipe de Biblion Project souhaite vous présenter nos projets pour l'année à venir, et les nouvelles façons dont vous pouvez vous impliquer dans notre association.
Nos membres auront la possibilité de voter concernant:
- la poursuite de nos deux projets - le projet Des Livres pour Haïti et le projet de Sensibilisation à la Diversité Culturelle - et leurs opportunités de développement pour cette année;
- nos propositions concernant nos stratégies financière, de communication et de recrutement;
- la possibilité de lancer un troisième projet, selon sa faisabilité et nos ressources.
Nos membres auront également la possibilité d'accéder à de nouveaux postes stratégiques, tant au sein du Comité administratif - Responsable des Partenariats, Chef de la stratégie de Fundraising, Relai des Subventions... - que de nos deux projets: Contact des relations avec la Cité Universitaire, Responsable des Partenariats... pour le projet Des Livres pour Haïti; ou encore Créateur d'Activités, Formateur des Intervenants... pour le projet de Sensibilisation à la Diversité Culturelle.
Et tous nos membres, volontaires et nouvelles recrues auront la possibilité de découvrir comment s'impliquer selon leurs souhaits et leurs disponibilités dans nos prochaines activités! Nous espérons vous voir nombreux jeudi!
Join us at our Begining of the year meeting on the 22th of September
September has arrived, and Biblion Project is springing back into action! We invite all our members, volunteers and any person interested by our activities to join us on Thursday the 22th of September, at 8pm, at the United States Foundation of the Cité Universitaire, located on the 14, boulevard Jourdan, 75014 Paris - RER B Station: Cité Universitaire.
Your involvement last year has permitted Biblion Project to meet many successes these last few months. To break this record, and following our online elections that will take place on Sunday the 18th and the release of our 2010-2011 Balance, the whole Biblion Project team would like to present you our plans for the upcoming year, and the new ways you can be involved.
Our members will be able to vote on:
- the continuation of our two projects - the Books for Haïti project and the Cultural Diversity Awareness project - and their development opportunities for this year;
- our propositions for our financial, communication and recruitment strategies;
- the possibility to launch a third project, depending on its credibility and our ressources.
Our members will also have access to a whole new range of strategic jobs, both at the Board of Directors - Partnerships Manager, Responsable for the Fundraising Strategies, Subventions Relay... - as at our two projects: Responsable for the Communication with the Cité Universitaire, Partnership Manager... for the Books for Haïti project; and Activities Designer, Trainer for the intervening persons... for the Cultural Diversity Awareness project.
